This is not a misspelling, however you are using the possessive form of "they" which is "their"( "it's their house") when the contraction of "they are" (they're) is the correct word. Hey!! I would never have mentioned and probably wouldn't have noticed this error if the irony hadn't slapped me in the face and made me laugh. And I let these types of errors slide (unless I'm replying to some a-hole or worse) because I occasionally do the same.
