amp repair orion hcca 225

Hi I just bought a orion hcca 225 and when I got it it has blown caps and the hall of the board looks dull. And wondering if anyone can help me out .   I would like to get it working again.  So any suggestions on were to send it or who to send it too. I csn add a pic of the board for reference.
