I am not to be a Juror. Apparently, because I deal with idiot drivers on a daily basis, I am not a good choice for the defendant. The facts: A man taking a left turn from a light to enter the southbound on ramp to the Interstate was struck by a woman driving through the light. No other info was given to us other than he sustained injuries, he brought the lawsuit against the woman, USAA (her insurance company) has dragged this out for 3 years. Honestly I was kind of bummed I didn't get picked. The Judge said it will be a 1 day trial. That would have been ok with me... I was worried I would miss a lot of work and not be able to pay my bills. Ehhh, made $20. Won't be eligible for jury duty until next July.

There were a few people in there who were being obvious about it. When the Judge ask if anybody had any physical impairments that would keep them from hearing the case, about half the courtroom raised their hands. Bad backs, knees, necks, shoulders, feet... I have a bad knee, shoulder and neck... I didn't say shit. It's not hard to sit and listen to people talk. I kept thinking, how do all these people work if they are so bad off physically. There were a couple of smokers in there... lol man the crap they said to try and get out of it.

i i had it 4 times., i always say "i can tell if some one is guilty just by looking at them" they put me on one jury was there 3 days guy too a plea

Just watched a video on the tubes of you. Guy just put in a 80PRS, had nice components in the kicks, an Ipad and was controlling the system via the 3sixty.3... obviously putting effort into the sound of the system only to be listening to that mumble rap crap. To each their own I guess.
