apsabr = bad seller

Just had dealings with Apsabr, the deal didn't work out for us, but he did refund my money through PayPal as quick as he could.

Just my 2 cents.

Really? This is news to me...when was this all handled? If I remember right I was basicly told it aint his problem. Then because everyone started jumping on him about it, he realized he really should. So that started this 10 pages. But after 10 pages were are only to the point where I filed the claim instead of waiting for him, UPS picked up all subs and packaging, now they will be dealing with HIM/Shipping place. So until I have what I was suppose to get or the money returned, it isnt done or handled.

All your doing is making it look even worse for him then it could be. These guys all want to make sure it doesnt get forgotten, if everything works out then he is all good. If it doesnt then they will make sure everyone knows. You would of did the same things had it been you in my place or him in my place.

Think about this one, I sell you a $1700 amp, bring it to the ups store. They put alittle bubble wrap on it toss it in a single layer box, with a few peanuts in it. UPS guys along they way drop it, push it, whatever. You get it in, the outter casing is smashed and the mesh screen is all pushed in like they had dropped it onto something. You tell me about it. I say well sorry, but it was in perfect condition when it left dont know what to tell you.

How would you feel? Just fine with it? NO you wouldnt.

It doesnt matter if its $2000 or $200 or even $20 it is the point no matter the cost, buyer expects to get it in same condition as deal was made. If it costs alittle more to add the insurance or to pack it better so what. You should factor that into it from the begining.

You think I dont factor into the price for one of those amps all the wood needed to crate it up? Oh plus I make sure it is insured to the price they paid including the shipping and stuff.

hopefully nobody will fall for this scammer again after his posts in this thread. He has made it very obvious that he puts zero effort into maintaining his reputation or trying to make a customer satisfied, as long as he gets his money everything else isnt his problem.

True, but however depending on the outcome of this he might of learned a few lessons. Got to keep in mind, hes a kid and trusting another place to do something. But if he would search around, he can see the horrible mess UPS, Fed Ex and USPS can leave packages in. Thats why it is so important to pack it yourself as if you excpect it to get thrown around or dropped.

The best way for him to handle it would of been to file the claim personally, then when UPS picked up everything refund buyers money and then he just has to deal with UPS on his end. This way, if its his money he isnt going to be in a hurry and be up UPS ass. But if it was his he would be on top of it constantly.

We will have to see if he learns anything from all of this on how to handle things.

that would be the white thing to do but i dont see that happening judging from his attitude on the whole situation. Well being that now since they picked it all up and are now dealing with the seller, you, I am comepletely out of the situation. They deal with you. Dont you read anything? I posted what UPS does directly from thier site.

So in reality, your going to get whatever money back from UPS. So you got the money from me and then whatever UPS gives you.

The right thing, since they picked it up is to now return the money paid for the items and you get the money from UPS. I can send you a copy of the pick up tag too.

Also, depending on this situations outcome yes you can be considered a scammer. But we will not get into explaining how yet. You tell me what you plan on doing. As for you not hearing from UPS, well considering they picked it up yesterday I really wouldnt expect them to just yet.

once you get proof of the pick up tag then id refund the money that was paid to you, because as of right now the buyer is out of the situation completely. Ups will take care of it, might take a little time but it wouldnt be fair to make the buyer wait on the claim to get processed. Mistakes happen, next time id just package them myself. It may take a little more effort than letting them package them but in the long run it would have saved you both a lot of hassle and down time. Clear you name of all questionable selling practices and just issue the refund, especially if you plan on selling on this site and maintaining your reputation. Its not your fault that the subs were damaged but he shouldnt have to wait either.
