Hello all. Looking to get this sub for my f150 . Question is , even this is rated at 350w RMS , do you think an amp giving it 500w RMS will be OK ? It will be in a sealed box. Sub model is an Alpine SWT-10S4. If I get the 4ohm model itll just be powered with 300w. If I get the 2ohm model , itll be powered with 500w of power.

Either way will be fine, but with a little extra power you can always turn it down. It doesn't that work that way if you buy the 4 ohm model and want a little more "oomph".
