needing a DC-DC converter for Alpine 7990!!!

well i just scored my dream head unit (Alpine 7990) only to find out its missing the DC-DC converter and from what i understand its useless without it? so can anyone help me to track one down?? any help will be greatly appreciated!

 
My friend has a Alpine 7990 F1 the head unit and the wiring harness the he has the DC converter the processor everything only thing is the HU the board is mess up and cant get parts for it but the DC converter and processor is in 100% working order he will sell u everything if u like for a good price or just what u need or he would buy ur HU from u if u want to just sell what u have
