Okay, I am a Alpine fan, but it seems that their new HU's are lacking some good features they had in the past.
I am looking for a HU that is compatible with iPods (not AUX). The two biggest names that are known for that are Alpine and Pioneer (2006 they jumped the gun on this!).
So, I am picking to go with Pioneer. But I am choosing between the 780MP and the 880PRS. I know that the 880PRS is a bit better sound quality and has 2 knobs instead of 1 (compared to the 780MP). But I like how the 780MP has a colored screen.
But since this is really for my iPod. I was wondering how many lines of songs it displays when scrolling. And if one is faster/better than the other.
edit: I forgot to say, this is going into a stock 1995 toyota 4runner (green). im going to keep it stock, might add woofers later on (boxed) since i am looking to sell this and go with a smaller car.
