so, i just got a job at a tire place here called graham tire, increasing my pay from 6.25/hr w/ boring work to 8/hr w/ work that i love (which is workign on cars)...8/hr isnt much but it sure as hell beats 6.25 and im sure that i will be getting raises as i progress through my schooling (automotive technology)

More for the tire machine as it inflates the tire. They make a very loud noise followed by a pop. Multiple people doing it at the same time + all the impact wrenches makes for ringing ears...BTW I have several family members that work/own a tire shop.

I saw a picture of a guy who had his finger inbetween the bead and the rim when it popped into place //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/sick.gif.b1847c8dabbfeeddbcf1a78052249e10.gif our teacher showed it to us.. to stress the importance of safety. It worked thats for sure.

Yes, airing the tire and letting that pop go is hella loud. Sound like gunshots lol.

eh, ive never really noticed a loud pop when you break the bead? just the hydraulics and crumpling rubber?

because you should remove the valve core and let the air freely drain.. so theres no seal when you break the bead.

like trying to pop a plasic bag that has a big hole in it.
