I recently purchased and received a zed audio gladius amp. I dont seem to see any internal fuses. Does anybody know if they come with internal fuses or not.

It might not have any. You don't need them, as long as you have proper external fusing.

My Zed Opti doesn't have on board fuses either.

I recently received an answer from Steve Mantz after I emailed him questioning whether or not the gladius contained an internal fuse and he replied that it did not. Therefore I plan on using the 25 amp fuse rating at the distribution block for the gladius and a 60 amp fuse for my sub amp since the sub amp has an internal 25 amp fuse (the 60 amp fuse for the 8 gauge wire). Then just before the battery I will put an 80 amp fuse. Does this make since bc if it doesn't I need to know?
