it's a matter of what your looking to do. with the bitone you have 8 outputs with the dsp6 u have 6. the bitone and the dsp6 have better processing then the 701 so i heard. i do have a bitone myself but only because i didn't want to mess with the additional cables for the dsp6 and i don't like alpine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I have no clue if it is better or worse as the only one of the three that I have used is the Zapco, but I have to say that it is a great unit. I really like it, does everything I want it to and more. Also, the customer service of Zapco is awesome, i accidentally broke my DSP6 and since I was honest with Robert about what happened he is fixing it under warranty.

I was looking for the same thing a few months back and had it between the DSP6 and BitOne based on a few things. Through research I found accounts of the H701 having a somewhat high noise floor. Also, I believe you need an Alpine HU. After that both the BitOne and DSP6 seemed great, but I decided to go with the DSP6 because of reliability issues.

ya i was on the fence about reliability issue but i went the other route because of the cables needed for the dsp6 lol. with that said now i'm plagued with the tuning of the bitone. MAN there is sooo much to do compared to just a head unit lol

i have the h701 and the bit.one both.. but i have the h701 installed and bit one is bnib at the moment.. i am trying to get fully used to the h701.

but sq wise is zapco better..? forget about the cables hassle..
