Zapco DC360.4 or Signal Proceesor(3sixty.2)

well I have a 2007 Acura TL and cant swap out the factory nav unit/radio so i was gonna go with the rockford 3sixty.2 but don't wanna run alot of components in my car, i live by the less is more rule. The factory radio puts out a pretty flat signal which is a surprise. so i was put on to the Zapco DC360.4 which has a usb input and can be tuned via laptop and can do active and such. I know the 3sixty.2 has more bands of equalization but other then that im not sold. Ive installed several 3sixty.1's and 2's but just have no experience with Zapco products. Does anyone have feedback on both on what im trying to do or can help. Which would you go with?

Also does anyone know where in GA or the atlanta area that sells Zapco.

Take a look at the Audison Bit One. This think is awesome and with a factory unit would allow endless possibilities. I recently put one in my truck and have been more than impressed. The flexibility and programability are second to none.

i wanna look into a processor as a last resort, how big is the Bitone? I know the 3sixty is really small. I also dont want any added controllers or screens thats why i like the 3sixty and dont want a separate volume knob like the jl cleansweep. I'm not sure the name of the shop Jeff Smith went to after his fiasco with his shop, but i'm sure he still sells zapco. I know he does audison as well...you may give bob a call at zapco and see if you can get a contact # for Jeff

How is the tuning, is it very user friendly. Does it allow you to run active? Any key feature a user might find useful?

yes you can run active. i ran a 650.6DC with my last setup. four channels were on the front components active, rears were passive. awesome setup. never had issues with my DC's. some dumped the tuning in early models. my first models were a 1000.4DC and 1100.1DC from like april of 06. my 1100.1 was fine all the way up until 08 when it was stolen along with my 650.6DC. while tuning, just remember to save frequently. you'll do something like turn the ign on or something and lose all your progress. easy to work with.
