New zapco DC 1000.4 or used C2K 4.0

Okay so assuming cost is equal ( good deal on the new zapco) or atleast close enough not to worry about what one should i get? I have been having a hard time deciding which one to buy all week mostly because the C2K is the one i really want. The C2K is well the C2k and honestly its only Con is that i would need processing. Now the DC has the processing but is way bigger ( which isnt really an issue) but if i also get them to install it i would have a 3 yr warranty. Some warranty let alone a 3 yr warranty is nothing to sneeze at compared to no warranty but the C2K keeps luring me in because its something i can see myself using for a very long time.

Oh and i should mention the C2K is pristine but about 2 yrs old, and does have the serials and was bought authorized.

Any input ? maybe someone that has had both or heard both?

i have had a few of the DC series, refs, and c2ks. on the highs/mids, i've ran all of them as well. in the DC's i ran a 1000.4DC passive, then a 650.6DC active on the fronts, passive rears. loved it. now i run a SP7-SL EQ with a c2k 6.0 on my fronts passive and love it. it has so much more balls and energy. i would go with a 1000.4DC over a 4.0 for the power and processing, but i would do a 6.0 with a SP7 any day on the fronts, with something else on the rear anyday over a 1000.4DC.
