Zapco C2K 3.0 Buzzing noise???Help

I have a Zapco 3.0 C2k amp, and I hooked everything up and when the fans cut on, there is a fairly loud buzzing that stays on while the fans are on, I'm assuming it is something to do with the fans, however does anyone have any idea what exactly is the problem, and where I could go to get it fixed, I live in Austin TX. I believe it is only one of the two fans that is making noise, it sounds like alternator whine, but not through the speakers! Everything else on the amp is flawless and sounds Absolutely AMAZING. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
