zapco 360.4 bad rca ouput?

I have a zapco 360.4 that is giving me issues and I'm not completely sure what it is. Sometimes the fronts won't turn on with low volumes, but statics when i turn the volume up. Sometimes it won't come on and i'll have to mess with the LP/HF switch and it will turn on. I'm not sure what the problem is.
