Your thoughts about the IMPRINT PXA-H100

I am planning to buy the IMPRINT PXA-H100 and the KTX-H100

What are your thoughts about it?

The Alpine tech said its going to be better for me since its automatic and if im not running 5.1.

Please advise.

It really depends on you needs, present and future. With other processors you can have it both ways, if I understand their manuals correctly. That is, you can go either auto- or manual. That would correspond to the 3SIXTY.2 and Bit One. That might end up a bit more expensive, but they might also last longer in your car.

What HU are ýou planning on? CD or CD less? If you go CD less, I've heard that the -X100 would be worth the extra money, due to its larger screen.

I have the w505 installed right now.

the imprint would be good for those who can't tune for crap themselves and like the center focus to be directly in front of them.

i'd rather look for a used h701 if I had the w505.

I'd go with the rockford fosgate 360.2. I've heard nothing but good things about it and u can controll it from a palm pilot or laptop. The imprint however would be nice if u didn't want to tune it yourself.

So lets say for a moment i have the H701, and i am not good at tuning, and want something that i dont have to tune it myself, or may be something like that may be like a IMPRINT, 360.2, or bitone?

if you are new to tunning stay away from an h701 you will confuse yourself. go with the h100 and let them imprint do most of the work and tweak to your likings.

Now I'm no seasoned pro, but the Bit One also have automated config, I guess automatic calibration at least indicates it can be so? Unfortunately, parts of the manual are still in italian, but it appears that one can choose between auto and manual calibration.

I'm in the process of choosing processors as well, my first, and my number one choice is the Bit One for the flexibility it offers. However, cost might have me go the Imprint way anyway.

bascially, the h100 will do you in the *** and you can't tell it how you like it..

i believe its very very minor, like bass mid and treb, could be wrong
