So I am purchasing an XBOX 360 with some games from another member on here. I made a price offer, he said he could do that price if he kept 3 of the 10 games. I agreed to the deal, and paid him. Upon paying him, I said "These are the games I don't want....". He then said that he was going to choose the games he kept, keeping the three best/newest games.

Was I wrong to assume that I would choose the games I'd receive with the Xbox?

Yes, that would've been ideal. I assumed that I would choose the games, he assumed he would choose the games, which is why we are in the situation we are in now.

I just offered that as long as he includes one of the "good" games, he can choose the three others he wants to keep.

Hopefully he accepts my compromise.

My opinion is the details of the transaction should have been fully spelled out before money changed hands. I mean why would he not give you all the games? Leads me to believe that there might be an issue with the system.

I doubt that, he and I both have tons of 100% positive feedback. Just a misunderstanding is all.

Yeah. I don't want Madden, but definitely do want COD5. I don't know anything about Fallout.

Fallout got very high review scores, but it is not Multiplayer on PS3. I bought it and returned it before playing it. I just waited on COD5 to come out.
