Your Opinion on Earthquake PHD2 !

Hey Im looking at getting one of these Amps to Run my Crossfire XT15 sub and just wanted to know what you guys had to say about them before I jump in and Buy one?

Some people have told me they are not a very good Stable Amp and are not so good for EveryDay use.. But I have alot of Respect for EQ products and just wanted to see what the word is.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

(Will be running the Amp for Everyday use and a little SPL on the side)

So any help with this matter would be very Helpfull to me!

We got some local clubs here but they **** bigtime (140db max orso) and I do want to go with some club but rather one really going for audio and not tuning....

In THE thread i´ve described my after summer coming system which should be my first proffesional one to compete with. What are the requirements for joining up with the club ?

(not to buy myself in, but I would have some benefits regarding site management (flash, html, xml, asp and cgi) and free hosting...)

My aim still is max sq with some spl

earthquake is geared towards a competition amp and designed for minimal use. all the time you hear of people burping at competitions at .5 ohm but when wired at 2 for daily...they burn out.

earthquake has a really high rate of amps cutting out. but they are badass amps for comptetitioon vehicles.

I had one and I must say "I was not impressed!!!!!" I traded it for 2 jbl 1200's and gained 2 db's! But the D2 was running at 2 ohms and each jbl was running at 1 if that matters

that 2dbs could be the ammount of dbs you need to win the competition...

Thats the way I see it!!!! 2db's is a pretty good gain
