I think some thing needs to be done about the "mom" jokes. If you want this to be a good/wholesome site. It hasn't happened to me on here yet, but I see it alot. Just like the "mdf vs birch'' thread I was just reading. No kidding around my mom was ***** and murdered about a year ago. I would have been severely pissed had I posted that thread. And even though I didn't it still hurt. So next time before you use a "mom" joke think about the fact that persons mom may be dead, and when they hear the "joke" it may cause them some real pain.

If you see a problem post, hit the report button, its what it is there for. Those types of comments are not acceptable in the tech section, which I assume you are talking about. In the t-dome, mom jokes are allowed.

The birch/mdf thread has been cleaned up. Id threaten to start giving infractions, but tbh people have been pretty good about keeping the tech section relatively clean lately.
