Your favorite cheese?

i saw this resturant on tv the other day that did just that. bread cheese and meat only
they said the many condiments took away from the flavor or the meat and cheese:eyebrow:

ketchup (sp?), mayonaise, and mustard makes me want to yak. tomatoes, pickles, onions, same story. cant stand lettuce any wya but plain and all by itself. no salad dressing. i like soy sauce though.

By itself, I enjoy an authentic French brie but it is hard to come in the States. To add cheese to something, gorgonzola is pretty good.

Anything made from sheep's milk....must be raw and the stinkier the better!!!

Havarti is so dam good. I could live on that and some french bread. mmmm I love cheese, pepper jack is awsome too.
