wow, i love all cheeses, but the ones i keep stocked in the fridge are Boars Head white american(sliced extra thick), and kraft barrell sharp cheddar blocks(red package, and make sure NOT to get the 2% milk one, it's softer and not as good), and i always have blue cheese or similar to top salads with...

I love cheese, one time I went to this uber fancy restraunt in kohler, they had the best cheese ever. It was perfect. and they let me taste samples of like 5 different kinds. Only good thing about wisconsin lol.

Man, I just picked up some KILLER pepper jack at the grocery store, I'll have to say pepper jack is my favorite cheese ever after this stuff. it crumbles nicely over a salad and I made kick *** grilled cheese with it last night.
In addition to pepper jack I like Baby Swiss, Sharp Cheddar, fresh mozzerella (the soft stuff like they get in europe) and the occasional Brie cheese.

What do you guys like?

habanero jack is my fav, problem is its rare
