No it's not. Once it's in water, it starts diluting immeadiatly. I use this stuff on a daily basis.

hydrochloric acid. call your neighborhood fountain installers.

nice guys, im gonna try out the tide suguestion and the simple green but im sure ill end up with the acid... were talking an old stain... plus some older ones from 7+ years ago before i bought. I finally got my lawn up to hank hills standards and would like a matching drive way.... lol i will post pics just for the heck of it.... one thing i would have to say is that i do love my new pressure washer... I'm always a sucker for a new tool but ****, i love this thing. I have wanted one for years and finally got one. I will return with test results...

well the acid didnt work, made a good show but some marks stlll there

trisodium phosphate (TSP), mix it with water to form a paste. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, then start brushing it with a stiff brush.

Hose it off.

Follow up with the acid again, try brushing it around with a stiff brush also.
