Thats what i said. I tried to blow that thing for quite a bit. Just wouldnt go! It finally tore the surround off on about 1500w freeair after days of trying to destroy it!

Sounds like my TREO TSX 10, bish wouldnt blow hit x mech hard core, had it on about 1200 free air, it was rated for 400 lol

Lets do it by size and power. 8's vs. 8's. any amp you want just has to be rated in a power class. Put it this way, it takes bl strength to do that so who ever wins, has one hell of a strong sub!

I just couldnt believe i didnt destroy it right away. The whole time the triple joint was beating against the top plate! The surround was the first to fail!
