I cannot decide whether I want to do a wall in the '90 Civic hatch I just got. I got it for the purpose of doing an SPL vehicle and only that! Below is what I have to put in the car...

220A alt (for the rear batteries only, modified to put out 15.5V~)

4/0 wire

2/0 for the rear batteries and amp

2) BatCap 2000's

XXX-6500D

DMX motor/15" basket (if a wall, i will go 18", either way... TeamPSI recone)

My thinking is if a do a wall with only a single 18" and 4k~ I might be out of my league...

Either do it or don't. Sitting around getting someone to tell you what to do won't make you happy. If you aren't enthusiastic enough to do it on your own, then just don't. Sell the shit and walk away.

Why would I sell anything?

I got this vehicle SPECIFICALY to build an SPL competitor... I just don't know if a wall would be a good idea as like I said above I think that may be out of my league with only a single 18" and 4K...

that would put me in Advanced 3, Extreme 1 and I think Basic 5 if i actualy run the amp full on at 1ohm... advanced 3 is basicaly a 150 average, Basic 5 is a 148 average and extreme 1 is like 126 average... I just don't want to build something and be a "light weight in a heavy weight class"

well... not gonna happen... had a trade offer i could not turn down!

traded it straight up for a MINT 1995 Astro. It needed an alternator so i took the 300A GM alt I had laying here with me and smacked it on there and drover her home!

going to throw all the stuff in there... I have a DMX stage 2 motor I am planning to get a TeamPSI recone and a baset so I can go with an 18"... Sorry to disappoint you all. I think this will be a better competitor anyways. Now I can stay in the lower classes and still rock shit out HARD! The astro at the show i went to had a single BTL 18" on like 3K and did a 149.XX IIRC
