Yet another reason UPS sucks

I was expecting to pay $27, which is what was quoted to me online, and what they charged me for shipping. BUT.... they slapped on 13 bucks worth of "Additional Handling" and "Fuel Surcharge"

Yeah, I can see it being because of weight, but hell, when I'm at home, i ship 70lb boxes via fedex with no bullshit charges.

ups FTL. look up DHL. theyve always been good to me.

Use DHL and have them pick up your package. They'll tell you the additional fees on their site. It's $3 extra to have them pick a package up.

UPS always slaps me with a 5-6 dollar "rural surcharge" everytime I ship a package...I guess I just sell things to people that live out in the country.

Don't think I've ever even paid attention to what I've been charged lol. As long as its not outrageous. That's actually cheap for a **** 70lb package. I paid a lot more for like a 25-50lb package.
