Yet ANOTHER amp question ;) (4-channel)

Hey guys, I'm back to finish up my system. I was originally going to spend another 1500$ to finish up my system, but I have since decided that me never having money is getting a tad annoying. So, now I just need to get an upgraded speaker amp and 100^2 of Raamat, some ensolite...etc...

So anyways, I'm looking to upgrade from my Audiogh3y (formally known as 'Bahn') because I'm getting alot of floor noise through this thing. It is actually really annoying. I figure after I do the Raamat, I'll hear many more unwanted sounds from this thing. I also am awaiting to buy my upgrade to make a real shelf.

So, I've got type-R components, and I'd like to send roughly 100 RMS to them. The main thing is to have good processing, great S/N, real low THD, and maybe be a tad underrated on spec sheet. I really just want to have as little floor noise as possible, and have an amp that seems to never distort the speakers (before their mechanical limits.)

Budget = 350$ after shipping, at most. DIamond, Arc, etc...? What should I look into?

So far I've come up with these 3 as a sample of where I'm looking into;

Alphasonik PMA4150 ; 150 x 4 @ 4 ohms 399$

Eclipse XA4000 125 x 4 @ 4 ohm 399$

Kicker ZX650.4 120 x 4 @ 4 ohm 265$

Phoenix Gold Xenon 100.4 100 x 4 @ 1-4 ohms 250$

Phoenix Gold Tantrum 600.4 75 x 4 @ 4 ohms 300$

Is Alphasonik any good for multi-channel? I want a real nice super clear and undistorted signal, or as best as I can get.

Lol, I guess I'm scared to get the X200.4/100.4 because I'd have an entire trunk full of Xenon haha:laugh:

The eclipse is a nice looking unit, and I've heard good things... Do they tend to rate higher than spec?
