I must be confused. im going to say thilo built it for some schmuck. on an aside- that frame is VERY flimsy to be holding that big motor.. look at the tiny feet on the bottom, also- does the cone have a "coil stamp" in the middle already, or am i losing it?

I agree, it does look tattooed. Could also be a dust ring from the weights used while the CA cured. Looks very flimsy indeed.

You would think Thilo would present his product a little better but I guess anything is possible.

My money is on some guy with parts trying to get over on guys who are after 5400's. I hope it's not a desperate Thilo.
