I have a 15" old RE SE thats been sitting in my garage now for years. I have 2 cars, my daily driver is a mazda 3 hatch and i really want to put the SE in there, in 4.5 cubes or more (have the room) @~34 htz, catch is I cant spend much on an amp. I was going to order a PG xenon 600.1 but then I saw this http://www.etronics.com/product.asp?stk_code=lanmxa282&store=&catid=8052

etronics is a nice biz, they have a store in downtown manhattan and a warehouse in brooklyn. So besides the price, easy pickup and full warranty (so if worst comes to worst I can just bring it back and exchange right?) make me just want to try this heap //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

However it doesnt look like a class d, im concerned with the stock electrical.. I guess Ill end up doing the big 3 though.

I know it wont do rated power and I know the specs are exaggerated..

but if it does anything close to what it says.. i mean really.. look at the price!!!

Like most of you guys im a little skeptical, I used to have a mtx81000D on the sub and it was a monster. I would like to go higher end but theres other bills to pay. So all bs aside, what do you guys think?

I guess no feedback is better than alot of negatives, which was what i was pretty much expecting. Im as skeptical as anyone but Im going to give it a shot. If it doesnt work out I plan to exchange +cash for an alpine m1005. But check back for a review!

btw, whats the best line out converter,..navone?

thnx

The Navone LOC is likely going to be the "best" of the available options, yes.

Given RMS ratings on that Lanzar amp as per the owner's manual are:

300w X 2 @ 4 Ohm

450w X 2 @ 2 Ohms

Going by that I will make an assumption that it will do around 900w when bridged mono? Manual says 4kW but Prowler says No Effin Way....
