xxx port size

so i posted this in the enclosure design section, but i didn't get much of a response and i would like to know soon... what port size should i use for an 18xxx? i designed a box that has 73.5 sq in of port. the calculator online says i need 147.25 minimum. would i be ok with that 73.5? i am trying to have a 7.5 cu. ft. box tuned to 30 hz. if i get a bigger port like that, i am going to need a lot bigger of a box, and i don't have that much room. should i tune higher? or will this box sound good?

the box will sound fine btw....make sure you round off the edges though.

it would be optimal if you could make the port large like requested, but it will sound good anyway.
