since the xxx out of stock i think i am gonna go with a jl 12 w7, will the w7 be able to handle the hifonics bx1500 with 1500 watts rms goin to it and will it pound just as hard as a xxx would and have as good sq

it wont be gettin all 1500watts becuase u will be running it @1.5ohms so somewhere around 1200... and if i remember right thats how warren ran him for awhile then he switched to the PG t1200.1

Personally i prefer the PG 1200.1 underrated put out about 1450 rms and very solid amp better then the brutus IMO

the amp isa PG tantrum 1200.1 just to clarify and as far a subs if you wanan spend as muc has you are on W7's , Check in to Memphis LVS 15's bad *** subs , just bad *** i saw single 15 in verted i nported fiberglass box in a reps Ford escape i swear it loo kliek it was flexxing al lthe windows in the suv man it sounded great too. Also look into SonicFX subs i havent heard them yet but man they seem liek a good quality product.

Personally XXX , ive heard a 10w7 i na sealed box it wasnt what i expected personally i didnt liek it all that much

well it does to a degree. there was a thread on how w7's had this weird sound.

W7's can be loud too..... i dont think they have a wierd sound, and if they do there is probably something wrong....... 1) sub is hooked up wrong 2) box is built wrong 3) they belong to an idiot

i cant testify to memphis LVS's yet, but i -should- have a memphis SHP 12'' subwoofer being shipped to my house. i'll let you know if it's any good or not. i cant wait to beat the hell outta it.
