What kind of db's can I expect with a ported box to RE's specs for a single 12" XXX w/ a Hifonics brutus 1500w going to it in a compact car( not hatch) ?

Thats the best answer on this thread. Theres WAY TOO MANY factors involved in car audio to guess what you are going to be hitting. Thats like looking at a car thats you arent sure thats either modded or isnt, and guessing the horsepower. Its just not happening...
