Are the xtant x series subs any good.

I dont know. But I am about to get 2 12's that are X124 single voice coil. I hear that they are pretty good for the money. And also they have a BIG MAGNET, a 103oz magnet to be a 500RMS. Because my friend has 2 AudioBahns and have a 60oz magnet and say that they are 500RMS, BULL. The Xtant X series require alot of power, thats what CarToys told me.

whopdee a big magnet... that doesn't mean the sub is better/worse than the next. I personally don't have any experience w/ xtant subs other than best buy, but i don't think i want to have experience with them.

and if you want to see someting with a big Motor structure take a look at a brahma/xxx clicky clicky

what is the budget taht you guys are on for subs? I can maybe give you guys some ideas based on stuff that i have used before.
