Xtant 302a or PPI a300.2

My front stage will consist of Dynaudio Esotec 242GT's. I will be using 2 channels of a Mmats SQ4160 to run the mids, and then the other 2 channels to run my sub stage. The tweeters would be run with either an Xtant 302a or a PPI a302. Any recommendations between the two of these? The Xtant has great reviews online for SQ quality. The only reason I am not running the tweeters with the Mmats, is that the seller I purchased the Mmats from said I should run the tweeters at 75 watts per, not 160. I've heard that Dyns like high clean power, so should I worry about the higher power?
