Look at what I got in the mail today! This is my first system and I cant wait till I get it installed. I coudnt believe that the amp was rated at 710w and 2100w total! Guess I should have got 2 subs. If you cant tell the sub is a 12' L5 in a kicker box I didnt take the plastic off yet b/c its raining here. Has anyone heard of the brand of the amp kit i got? Just wondering if they are good or not(free is always good right). I post some pics when I get it installed. Later

the RF amp is only putting out the 710 you stated, the 2100 doesnt mean shit. no you shouldnt of got 2 subs as the L5 is rated at 600 i believe an what the RF puts out will be enough for just one. other than that, nice buy, an remember MAX doesnt mean shit:fyi:

I installed that bad boy yesterday and now I dont know how if I ever listen to music without it. Im hooked! Only problem is I thought it was going to be louder so now Im gunna have to get another sub in da trunk haha. Also is there anyway I can get my rearview to stay in one spot. At one point it even came off!

dont get another sub just off that amp, it wont be as loud as one. and unless your rearview mirror is on the box, i doubt it

buy one more of those amps and one more sub and youll be in there.

eh, i would go with a bigger amp and another sub.. like a mtx 7801 on a pair of L5s would slam.. but definately get a custom box built to house the 2 woofers instead of 2 separate boxes
