xenon lights

i see these lights all over ebay for really cheap, and i was wondering if they're illegal.

I've seen pair for like $10 shipped, so jw. Does it matter which ones you get. Is there something to look for? Whats the difference between the temperature? And do you have to get special ones for your car, or are they universal?

it is probably just a blue bulb that they are calling xenon. a xenon headlight burns xenon gas instead of just the conventional lightbulb. if you want true xenon lights, you need to change out the whole entire headlamp unit.
