Sold Xenon 1200.1 + Titanium Elite

I have (1) Phoenix Gold Xenon 1200.1 amp for sale and (1) Phoenix Gold Titanium Elite sub with a brand new cone for sale. I put the new cone in and played for approx 1 hour at most. I'm looking to get $350 for each item, or give me some offers.

Here are some pics, not very good but you can see everything is in good condition. I have I think 3 of the 4 covers for the amp and the gasket for the sub is just sitting on top and its not attatched.
