xbox live issues

ever since I moved and am on a different wireless network I can't get in a game with my friend. THe only way it works is if I find someone to start a party and send me and him invites. It doesn't work if either one of us is the party head, or if we send each other invites to the party.

I have a wrt54g router with the following settings

DHCP ports 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.199

port forward:

53 to 53 (both) 192.168.1.106

80 to 80 (both) 192.168.1.106

88 to 88 (both) 192.168.1.106

1863 to 1863 (both) 192.168.1.106

MTU (auto)

unchecked "Block Anonymous Internet Requests"

unchecked "Filter Internet NAT Redirection "

enable UPnP

Xbox settings:

IP: 192.8.1.106

DNS (auto)

primary: 209.18.47.61

secondary: 209.182.47.6
