I just realized that you would use the hard drive rather than the DVD drive for audio, duh. Makes sense. But ventilation is important. The "brick" aka the power supply if not ventilated will cause the 360 to shut off. I've done so in my room by placing my foot over the power supply.

Also, wouldn't you have to use the 360 controller to change songs? I'd see it as a hassle trying to do so. It seems like it would be better if you got an HU with USB capabilities and get an external HD that uses USB. I'm sure you can get a 500GB for around 100.

Not real bad I sat here and played with a controller as if it were in.

I'm going to glass pods where they stay stored and the buttons will be within comfortable reach.

The truck is going to shows and being parked. That's all it does.

I use either the controller or my remote, but since the xbox is in my trunk i had to make my cig lighter a controller port to plug the remote reviever in.

also the seek time of a head unit and a 500g hd will be a minute or two, much longer than an xbox takes to load, and theres never any time delay even with a 1TB hd
