I opened a claim on the 17th, which was a week after he said it shipped...just in case. Basically I said on Dec. 1st I'm escalating to a claim, as that would be three weeks after ship date....but yea the dispute has been open for awhile, and he hasn't responded and his e-mail bounces back as invalid

paypal dispute escalated to a claim----no response from him since the 13th (last time he was on here)....I highly doubt he's going to respond at all, which means PayPal should claim in my favor
