Ive heard both good and bad. Its a tossup really. I personally wouldnt do business simply because of the amount of bad feedback ive read on this board alone.

i've gotten some thigns from that place and no problem EVER. even did a return w/o an issue.

My friend ordered two subs from them and they shipped them to the wrong address and charged him for shipping a second time once they were returned.

Bought a cap from them throught ebay. No problems until Ebay sent me a notice saying that the "seller" said that they never recieved payment!

After many emails it got taken care of- just a bunch of BS. Cap works fine though.

I've bought plenty of shit from there and i live in london/uk... i've had no problems what so ever with delivery or faulty goods and shit...

the only thing about that site that pisses me off is when you email him a question...he never gives to a decent answer...

for example on his FAQS page it says we have a lot more items but we cant be bothered to put them on the site... if you want to know whether we have a particular product email us...

i emailed to ask him if he had the jl audio 1000/1 amp and he replied a link which took me back to the ****ing FAQS page!!!

but apart from that hes cool

I personally wouldn't buy from them. It's sort of a hit or miss with him.....you either have a wonderful experience, or you get totally screwed......and you're chances are about 50/50 of having either happen to you. I'd frankly rather deal with somewhere more dependable.

Bought from them, No issues. Recommened them to two friends, no issues for them either... As always, get a feeling, if its OK, take a chance...

Maybe call or e-mail ahead of time to see whats up..

there warrenty is a load of crap...ive bought 2 things from them (at the same time) which broke and sent them back for repairs and never recieved them back. many e-mails and still nothing. i guess i just have the bad luck of the draw

indo audio is sorry as hell !!!!! they shipped to the wrong address and made me wait 3 months before giving my money back- the bastards made me wait for the fedex claims to send them the check. dont do busness with those sorry bastards!!!!!!
