they are worse. most of them were cleaned up for 2000, but if you have been there before then and recently, they are just as bad again.

Dude I go there 3 times a year, they are not that bad..

Rome and Madrid are after the summer.. but that's different..

Actually Rome is dirty year round.. but anyways..

ive been to ATL a million times and i think its a whole lot nicer (cleaner) than NYC...

even touristy places in nyc like times sqaure are dirty.
