Sold WTT or WTB: Decent amp for $150 - $200

I'm looking to buy a decent sub amp for around $150 to $200. Something that puts out at least 500 watts RMS at 2 ohms. I'm looking for a good brand and preferably I'd like a remote bass control knob.

Post anything you have and the specs and suggest a price.

I also have a Rockford Fosgate 351M that's 387 watts at 2 ohms and a Sony Xplod that's 900 watt RMS at 2 ohms. I'd like to trade those if possible. Otherwise when I get a new amp I'll be looking to sell.

Oh yeah, I'm also looking for a cheap HU for my sisters car. Doesn't need to be anything fancy. Just needs to play CDs and power a few factory speakers. I'm looking to spend as little as possible (I know, aren't I a great bro ) so less than $80 is a must.

OR...

If someone has a nicer HU then I can give her my current one. If anyone has a decent HU with at least 2, preferably 3 pre-outs then I'll consider that too. A loudness control would be a real plus, especially one that has multiple levels of control. I'm not even sure if that's what I really need, so if someone could fill me in otherwise...what I'm looking for is something that would give me the ability to REALLY cut down the volume of my subs.

i would definitely try to find a pioneer h/u....they are really nice, you dont need a bass controll on the amp if you get a h/u by pioneer, ive had mine for 5 years and it has never let me down and i swear my factory component speakers are louder than my friends that have subs and what not...

back to the main question...

I have a Cadence z9000 amplifier with the carbon-fiber finish instead of the usual orange that i could sell for 200 + shipping...its a great amp with a built in fan to prevent over heating tremendous crossovers...but 200 is as low as i can go, it retails for over 500 and the carbon fiber finish is usually an added 30-50...lmk!
