ebay in a refurb sale harmon kardon was having. It is bnib with a two year warranty. I am not sure if they would transfer the warranty, but imagine they would. Everything is still packaged how I received it and that is how I would ship it. Due to power issues, I am now looking for a new style sd 50.4 or rd 55.4.
