WTT audio for 360

Im looking to pick up a x box 360, not really too concerned about it being the core or premium, only games id want are forza 2, madden 08, ncaa football 08. Also possibly an extra controller. I have all of the audio equipment in my sig. Let me know, looking to do this soon.
