I've recently decided that in order to keep a nice external EQ, I only need 1 decent preamp output. I've played with this decks AWESOME crossovers and found the spots I need for my 3 way setup, now I want to do everything externally to keep my preamp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif....yet still have usb a usb input for my thumb drive.
This deck is AWESOME. 3 way active with band pass on the mids AND lows....and most of them you can set as low as 10hz. I passd on other 3 way decks where the mid bandpass only went up to 1khz. This one is very flexible, up to 18db slopes. It has time alignment, sound restortation that actually did a great job. 6v preputs. 700 something colors for fine tweaking your dash theme. Much faster usb reading than my eclipse cd5100. Easy to use deck once you get a little practice.
I really dont want to get rid of it unless there's a good offer made by someone who needs 3 way active on somewhat of a budget. deck comes with unit, sleave, remote, manual, and protective case for the face plate. cosmetics I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Minor scratches from typical use. I accidentally grounded out on of the preamp outputs, and paid $80 to have it fixed at a authorized repair center. It still has over a month in warranty left. So if you fail and blow it up, you can still get it fixed.
Right now they are priced at a rediculous $260 new, $240 refurbed with warranty, and between $100-$150 used if you get lucky. Since i'm not in a rush to get rid of it I'll say $200 shipped obo, but i'm obviously open to offers. I'm mainly looking for a trade for a reliable quality deck that will read usb and can make a reliable clean signal. 24bit DAC prefered.
