Well, I'm not finished. I hope you have a record of everything, because I certainly do. I'll let the law take over from here. And since I know you have no proof of payment or anything else, I'm pretty sure I know what the outcome will be.

I wont mention this dudes name, but come one so many people here know me and have dealt with me do you think I just didnt send this dude his freaking money?

Let me explain myself prior to also.

He gave me his address I sent a money order, it came back with a stamp on it saying delievery failed. I sent another, he says he never got it. So now its a debate to send a third 1. He cant seem to realize Im taken care of things, instead he wants to bug me 4 times a day asking me the same thing on an hourly basis. Im not after sympathy or anything, but come on now its been rough times for my family. My grandfather died dec 14 we buried him dec 18. I let this member know that, but does he care no all he is worried about is money asking me if it was sent yet...WOW my grandfather died I was out of town so you tell me was it sent?

Now then look here for a little extra back up>>>>Mr. Loki aka jeremy and i worked on a deal involving my brutus. the plan was 225 bucks shipped to jeremy. communication was effortless even with his work schedule. everytime i emailed i got a response. no beating around the bush, just a straight honest reply. the deal was he sends 100 bucks now for the brutus. then checks out the amp for working order and sends the rest of the money after. well UPS screwed some things up. after jeremy got the amp workin again i offered to take 25 bucks off the price. jeremy sent the next MO and the post office sent it to the wrong address and someone else signed for it. you would think the buyer would say "well i sent the money, now its your problem"...not jeremy. he offered to send another money order which would put him out 300 bucks for the amp. he didnt doubt me for a second and i really respect him for that. anyways the post office will refund his money and the next MO just came in today. overall AWESOME guy to work on a deal with. no problems with him whatsoever...although i cant say the same about the UPS and the post office. once again Jeremy=GREAT BUYER

I didnt know where to put it actually, but I wanted the info out there. I in no means would screw anyone. If you guys have been around or take a look in the bad seller/buyer thread you will see Im in an ongoing battle as it is with corsica about 350$ he owes me by jan 5th latest. This guy just wont understand I have been working on this endless that simple. I have already shelled out an extra 100$ for the deal mentioned with george who is a happy camper and was nice enough to give me that A+++ feedback. I have 0 negative feedback. Pro rabbit knows me personally and Im sure he would vouche for me. Im trying to make things right, but this guy is persistant and very intense. I would have to say if your mom died and you were gone for a week dude would be like f*ck it not my mom yours so its your problem money please....

He requested money order I believe, but his name will remain disclosed. I will say this he is a junior member and his post count is like 30. Its ok though, because I am working on the situation and I told him to go to the police, because fact of the matter is I have so much evidence they would laugh. I have reciept stubs, video clips of the stubs and so fourth, the stamped envelope that said undelieverable, and so fourth..Im covered.....ask pro rabbit he watched a clip.

the best way to send a money is certified mail---the usps requires a signature on these items and at our post office you must show id to pick them up or to sign from the mailman.

I seen the video's and such..I have to say from what I know of this situation this forum would be alot better off with out the other party in all of this. Memebers like him make internet trading/selling for the rest of us hard to do because of trust issues.

that shit sucks loki--i usually don't do deals over the net but i've been lucky so far--out of about 100 deals over ebay and here i've only been screwed once to the tune of 75 bucks. the only guys i've dealt with here so far are monte_carlo97 and Jmac and johnecon2001--all to good results so far. good luck and i hope you get your issues resolved. if you don't make sure you let us know who the other party is so we can steer clear.
