WTF would this accualy work??

The more expensive option is the Harrison Labs inline crossover, which is selectable between 20 and 35 hz thanks to little tabs. Costs about $35.

Get the more expensive option... I would.
Dont get these and waste your money. They have a 12db slope...thats horrible. Especially for a subsonic filter, your going to need 18db or 24db.

A lot of people reviews these over on SoundDomain.com and you scarcely see people giving them the thumbs up.

Exactly what is the point of you having a subsonic filter? Are you trying to protect your sub from destroying itself by playing beneath your ports tuning? A 12db slope is not going to do that, unless you but one @ like 40-45hz but then everything down to your cutoff point (say you wanted 20hz) is going to be quieter and hindered. The wise choice is looks for something solid and will give you an 18 or 24db slope, and any crossover type will work, I like Linkwitz-Riley myself, but I do believe Butterworth filters are the best.
