I had set my alarm for 9:50, awaiting for the release of the tickets to the DTE Energy Music Theatre with TOOL playing. I waited till exactly 10, and purchased my tickets and got AMAZING seats!!! They were directly to the left of the stage, but I didnt know that at first so I looked at the seating chart. After observing the chart for a few seconds I clicked next and was prompted with a 1 minute waiting time... Then I had to click which shipping I wanted, and I clicked on the cheapest (no charge, standard shipping). I was then prompted for another loading page...then all of a sudden it switched back to the ticketmaster page and said *sorry we can process your request*...
WHAT THE F**CK...how can they do that? I tried calling DTE to see what happened (didnt find a ticketmaster number) and...as I expected the lines were busy.
Is there anything I can do?
