the installation (including the enclosure) is 90% of the audio world.

many of us could use medicore equipment and make it sound as good, if not better than most peoples top end stuff. horn enclosures are hard to design, and hard to build, but they make speakers VERY efficent - its like a "physical" sound amplifier. so yes, it is possible. i dont know about these drivers, but it is possible.

Horns can substantially increase output.

Is their claim true? Depends on what they mean by "conventional". But two 12's in very efficient and high output basshorns vs 8 very low excursion 18's in a sealed enclosure is a realistic comparison that the basshorn might come out on top in.

where can i get info on a horn enclosure i have serchd but it dos not geve me the formale to go by i dont need plans for a horn but that wood help i have 2 kicker L7 12's in my mustang now but i wont to try a horn out if i can find a disins shuld i go with one 8 or a 10

You don't have the room for a proper 8" horn in that car. And horns are generally for lower excursion drivers.

how big is a proper 8" horn i have a max space of 36-13-25 i have my L7's in a box that same sise cind of small for a pare of L7 12's but it is beter then one in 3cf tund to 35Hz i hade befor this is all i code find it is a mod bp horn for 2 10's or 8's and i can fit the 8in one in my car http://www.decware.com/whornok.htm
