Ant is too driven and arrogant. He also loses sleep over the interwebz.Goob takes the no worries approach and it seems to work well for him. I respect him for that.

Steve Meade is too big for his britches but there may be hope for him yet.

Andrew the owner of CSCO seems like a cool guy in the short time I have known him.

I own SPLC and have many haterz... **** em I say.

Both good moderators in their time. I think the main problem was they had power too long. Even the best men, if left in office long enough, will become corrupt.

The messages I sent him were not stupid. They were important and, in some cases, solely for his benefit. Sure, he can be too busy t respond to SOME messages. But he ignores ALL messages.

The audiokarma.org admin responds to my PM's. That site has just as much traffic as this one as far as I can tell. And the admin there doesn't take a "sit back and watch" approach. If he puts in more effort than Goob and has time to respond to all my PM's, I'm sure Goob can respond to at least a couple.

IIRC this is not Goob's only business venture, maybe the admin on that other forum has nothing better to do then to sit at a computer and respond to everyone's messages, or maybe he's just a nice guy who knows. Of the very few times I've ever PM'd Goob he's responded...but we're talking like 1 or 2 conversations in the last 5 years, I don't PM him for every little quibble and suggestion.

Hey, I hung out on CAJ. I dont think CAJ was ever about running away from moderation on this forum. I didnt get that vibe anyway.
