WTF I unhooked my head unit, hooked it back up and now it won't come back on!?

I Have a '99 Isuzu Rodeo with a shitty tape deck and my brother gave me a cd player head unit to use so I took the old head unit out, tried using the other one (only to find out it didnt work) so then I just decided **** it I'll just put the old on back in for now. There was one wire for the power, and another set of wires that hook into the back of the headunit that goes from all of the speakers into the head unit and even though they're both snapped in it won't come on. My time clock won't even come on, I guess that's built into the headunit. Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

find the one that is blown, and replace it.

Make for sure all the harness are ALL the way snapped in. Sometimes they're in, but not "clicked" in.

Not sure on the Isuzu, but some factory decks are grounded through the mounting brackets. You might have to mount the head unit and screw it down before it will work.

or check the remote wire or even press the reset button on h/u (if there is one)

try the yellow wire, back up wire. See if that's still intact, also check all of those connections make sure that they didn't pop out of the back of the socket.

I know next to nothing about fuses, would the fuse be inside the head unit?

it would be in the fuse box.
